HOW DO WE BOOK A PARTY?
To book a party simply fill out the enquiry form – this will then enable me to discuss with you the best package for your request! A deposit is required to go through with the booking which will be made via the website.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Each party/experience/appearance from £65 (depending on package)
WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
Surrey and surrounding areas is our base location. 15+ miles from TW or a package brought outside from Surrey will require a small travel fee! This will be for the Entertainer.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CHILDREN?
A party of more than 23 children will require 2 entertainers. This is to allow each individual guest to feel special, whilst the birthday girl/boy can receive all the birthday attention!
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTERTAINERS?
Unlimtied! You can select as many Entertainers as you wish. Please note, this is will be an increase in pay.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF CHILDREN?
We highly recommend a 2 hour package, as you receive the absolute most and receive sentimental gifts throughout. However, if you are hosting with a guest list of 10 and below we would recommend a shorter package. A discussion going forward would be advised as we can alternatively fill that time with other activities if you still wish for a 2 hour package!
WHAT CHARACTER DO YOU PROVIDE?
Frozen (ELSA and ANNA), Rapunzel, Princess Aurora, Tinkerbell, Snow White, Alice in Wonderland, Mermaid/Ariel, Belle, Superhero’s, Fairies, Cheerleaders, Elfs or Clients request.
DO YOU HAVE WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY?
Yes! We are open 7 days a week.
CAN I CANCEL MY PARTY BOOKING?
We understand that occasionally parties need to be cancelled. We are happy to allow you to reschedule the party as long as we have availability for your new date. We can hold your deposit for 12 months. If you want to completely cancel your booking then you would lose your deposit.
